I've bought my car and had it repaired here. Everyone is super friendly and professional, I have nothing but good things to say. I'll definitely be coming back.My car needed a small repair and I needed a rental in the meantime. I was in and out with the rental in no time.Buying my car was the best car buying experience that I had. I wish I remembered his name (I'm awful at names) but he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and had zero pressure from him to buy (which is 100% preferred). I'd gladly buy another car from him.

After buying the buyer protection program that guarantees a loaner while car is in service I have not been able to get one twice now. It’s frustrating to have been sold a program that is a gimmick and sales tactic to get more money out of the consumer. I bought the program as peace of mind I would be able to get service with ease, not disrupt my life or inconvenience anyone. I caution against this program if you are considering it. Service has been ok and the greeters are nice however being unable to provide me the benefits of the program is frustrating and my overarching issue. If you’ve read this far, Sales people are great and accommodating. Auto service centers have always been unpleasant, however this place is worse than most.

We had a great car purchase experience. Ben was our sales rep and Chris handled the paperwork. We paid UNDER MSRP and got 0% financing. My wife is very happy with her new car. Thanks Fitzgerald!

Service Advisor was great, but need to better communicate the cost of a specific recommendation to resolve a vehicle problem. Recommendation to do a load force tire balancing should have stated the cost. Walked out shocked to find out the cost was $399 and to also include $179 for initial diagnostic with no results to a fix except to replace tires.

Hello all, Start of we had a small delay. Cane in the wrong color. New one came if a few weeks later. Went through 3 people to own a vehicle. Thought the trade in value could have been more since we bought and serviced the trade vehicle at your dealership at all times. Vehicle was told it was ready to take. Still pulling off plastic and the vehicle outside was dirty. Very please with our choice of vehicle so far.

Car buying has always been and anxiety producing experience, that I have felt took entirely too long to complete. When called, and explained my desire to purchase a vehicle, and set up an appointment, I was skeptical that this experience would be any different. However, from the moment I walked in, to the time I left, with the new car, it was an exceptional experience. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and prepared to move through all the necessary steps to be able to get a new vehicle, in less than 2 hours. I will most certainly recommend Brian, and the team to family, friends, and anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. My disdain for the car buying process has been reversed, I have the team to thank for this!

I am a loyal and recurring customer. Chris is my favorite Fitz representative because he know my history with Fitz and always makes me feel welcomed and he looks out for the customer. I have the Fitz maintenance plan where I receive the standard $35 off my oil changes and he knows that tire rotation is included when I schedule this service. George, the Fitz rep that assisted me with my flat tire did not seem to know any if this even though, it should be in your system. I don’t like feeling like someone is trying to take advantage of me. George was professional enough but not personable like Chris. I cannot recall Chris’ last name at the moment. Because of my experience with Chris, my goal is to always purchase my family’s vehicle from your dealership.

Jesus is extremely rude everytime we have to deal with him very condescending and short with his responses, not the first time I have had issues with this service advisor. GM is telling me that the evaporator purge valve can cause issues with the engine which will no longer be covered under warranty in Jan and Jesus is insistent that the vehicle is fine to drive. It will no longer be his concern when I damage the engine and not covered under warranty. Very poor customer service from him, not empathetic at all or open to any discussion. I will not buy another vehicle from this location when we trade in our current vehicle simply because the customer service is lacking. My family has bought our vehicles at this location for the last 20 years and its not the same company.

Purchasing a car is a high stress event for me. Shelly Roman and Debra Ritchie put me at ease and I feel looked out for me after I chose my used car. I've been driving it for a month and I love it! I pick up my plates today so I'll get to thank the ladies again in person. Yes, I recommend Fitzgerald Frederick.

Sales people were great when buying vehicle , but when came time to pick up 2 weeks later and calling the night before to let them know we were coming the next day for pickup(40 mile drive ea. way) the vehicle was not cleaned up , still had plastic wrapping on door handles and floormats weren't installed(still in a plastic bag)! So not happy paying $ 62,000 for a truck that was NOT cleaned when I arrived!....Also not informed of truck bed cover being on back order until I called 2 weeks later! I was able to order a cover myself and have it delivered to my house in 3 days!

I reached out to Fitzgerald Chevy about a vehicle and was definitely considering them. Until I was not exactly ready and they would not leave me alone. Constantly emailing me. I very nicely ask them to stop. However, it did not stop. They continued emailing me and would not stop. I reiterated my feelings and my desires however, they completely ignored them and did not treat me well. I called the sales manager and got some song and dance. They are definitely off my list of places I want to do business with.

Honestly I am so happy I purchased the FitzWay package with my vehicle back in 2015! I'm able to get 2 complimentary vehicle details a year amongst other discounts ect. And the Fitzgerald employees always do a excellent job at cleaning my vehicle! It looks great. Also their Customer Service is always top notch. Shout out to our Rep Jesus and the other employees that interacted with my son while I transferred my belongings from the rental to my vehicle. Thanks again for taking great care of me! I'll always deal with Fitzgerald and Fitzgerald only.
