No good customer service

I did not go on the same night that most of the reviewers did. When I went the floor sales guy was occupied with trying to nap with his head on the counter next to the cashier. Other than interrupting his nap he did not pay us a single bit of attention despite the multiple circles of the store and standing right next to him with an inquiring look. We ended up moving on to another store.
