I've never actually used this pharmacy, just called them a few times to see if they have one of my meds impacted by the shortage. As a heads up for people, they are predominantly a Dermatology prescription Pharmacy and do not carry ADHD medication. That being said, the pharmacy has always been Pleasant and helpful when I've called so five stars it is

I recently had a complicated prescription situation where my anticonvulsant medication has to be the name brand, because of break through seizures with generic. Unfortunately, I am temporarily unemployed, so my coverage doesn’t cover what it did on my corporate medical plan. The medication is several thousand dollars/month. I worked closely with Kathy (Sp.) and her team at the pharmacy and they went over and above to work with my insurance company to try and lower the cost. A solution was finally uncovered. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone who is looking for a pharmacy to use this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Will never deal with this pharmacy again. This is because of 2 bad apples. Kathy the associate and the Sam the supervisor which she even hung up on me. I believe that their needs to be more educated people and they should also have customer service skills.NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PHARMACY.

Ordered prescriptions and specifically stated that I needed the prescription sent to my new physical address NOT the billing address of my card. Two days later I received UPS email stating that prescriptions were going to be delivered to my billing address (40 min away). I called FCP now I have to wait a few days for the prescriptions to be delivered to me at my physical address. Thinking they should have at least offered to send next day for their mess up. Not happy.

This pharmacy is the best! Friendly, professional. They look for coupons to get you the best deal on your meds. They charged me $100 for prescriptions that at CVS were going to cost $500!

My dermatologist recommended this pharmacy about a year ago and it is now my go-to for all prescriptions. They are always friendly and helpful! And you can't beat having the products delivered to your door. Maddy helped me today - and she was superb!

I had to get a cream for a skin condition. I went to two other places and they both said it would be $200 plus for the off brand. Thank goodness I found this pharmacy that only charged me $65 for the same amount and the actual brand!

Makes me happy to see a pharmacy marking up their covid test. I know you have the right to do it but a 50% make up. Not the kind of people I would do business with on a regular. I paid 99.00 for 4 1 test covid home test. They are 9.99 a piece at rite aid . I get supply demand but what a duchy move!

Always great service and quick delivery but also go above! I got a call from an employee that was able to lower the cost of my prescription, 3 months for the price of 1! I struggle to pay what it costs so this is really a huge help! Would highly recommend!

Best pharmacy I have ever used by far. The staff are always polite and professional, and they always check for manufacturers coupons to help save me money. They do this on their own every time, they definitely care about saving there customers money wherever they can. And the mail service is so fast and convenient, it's so great to have my meds shipped right to my home at no extra charge. I can't think of anything bad to say about them, if you give them a try you won't be disappointed.

My Doctor's office sent my eye drop prescription. I called and Fatima answers all my questions. She look for discounts on my medications. I saved $100.00. Fredrick Community Pharmacy sent my medication via UPS-no extra charge. It arrived the next day! I received a follow up call. First time client with Frederick Community Pharmacy and discovered they work on your behalf to keep your cost down on needed eye prescriptions. The woman who took my phone call was pleasant and professional and a pleasure to deal with. My prescriptions will be delivered within several days at no cost to me. If you have the need for medications you would be wise to contact them.
