Brought in a stray cat. The people were promptly friendly and upfront with everything. They made everything easy to deal with.

We adopted a rabbit recently and this was Our first ever per adoption experience as well as first time rabbit ownership. Staff was amazingly friendly courteous and knowledgeable. We are so thankful for their kindness and patience with us as well as communication and efficiency with handling everything. ❤️
