I called to ask for a thyroid appt. They first took 15 min to get all my information before telling me they don’t have appointments until May 26. The receptionist was rude. Definitely didn’t take the appointment and they wasted my time plus now they have all my private information for no reason.

The doctors are polite, caring, thorough, and listen to you. The service at the front desk is wonderful, the wait time short and relaxing. I’m very satisfied whenever I go there, and I’ve been a patient for years. Yes there are times when things go wrong, but no place is 100% perfect.

Front desk worker was horrible I asked for an appointment to see my doctor she said it would be weeks so my eyes opened up because I was surprised she quickly turned hostal and said what why are u doing that do have an attitude with me wich was completely un profesional because of her I will now go to a different doctor.

This office is run with precision and care. Everything you need done is done in one room. Health techs take the vitals and go over the meds. They are personable! The doctor comes in. I highly recommend Dr. Akhtar. She is thorough and always has time to listen. Then, someone comes in to finish up… make your next appointment, give you the referrals you need, etc. And then you are out. Couldn’t be happier with care or service.

I'm very unsure about the negative reviews posted but I had a different experience so i'm not sure why the bad feedback, Everyone was great filled out paperwork in the car due to the Covid19 being mandatory to only certain amount of people allowed in which is understandable and ethical, Filled out paperwork in our car they took down our telephone number and informed us that there was 3 people ahead and they would call when it was my turn to come inside to be seen. I got the call within a reasonable time about 30-40 mins got taken back had my weight taken then went to a room had my vitals taken, Covid19 test swab Tested Negative and was informed Dr would be in shortly within 15 mins I was seen and thoroughly examined then was told I would have X-rays done which was only 20 mins wait. the Dr informed me about her evaluation explained about my condition and asked where I would like to pick up my prescriptions and follow up within 7 days, Everyone in the clinic were very friendly and professional.

It's 1203 on a Wednesday and I'm glad I took the whole day off of work for my appointment which was at 1100. I've still not seen my doctor. Had I shown up for my appointment an hour late they would have told me to pound sand and charged me for a no show. This is ridiculous. I'm going to have to change providers after being a patient for decades.

This place used to be pretty good until SMH bought everything in Frederick now sitting 20 minutes on the phone just trying to talk to somebody to schedule appointment is ridiculous.

First can never get an appointment. Have to use the walk-in clinic if you want to get seen. And the wait times for the walk-in take forever because they only have one doctor seeing people (so not sure why the other doctors in their office never have appointments open). Doctors are OK but they keep leaving and then we have to get assigned a new primary care provider who then eventually leaves too. I would prefer a primary care provider that is there long term and can get to know my children so I don't have to go over their life history everytime we are seen. Also, had a new baby and was told by the hospital (who is part of the same company as them) that my baby had to be seen within 2 days of discharge and that they would make room for him to be seen. Parkview acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they couldn't see him for 3 months. Ended up getting a completely new pediatric office for our newborn. Going to be switching our other two kids to the new office too soon. So in summary, basically they do have really good providers sometimes but you can't ever get in to see them and they will leave within a year or two. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 if because of the few good providers we have come across. Otherwise the office is rediculous and needs to look at changing how they do things.
