Hey Folks, Purchasing a new or used vehicle can be very stressful and time consuming. After anticipating having to visit multiple car dealerships and personnel in my vehicle search, that all changed when I walked in to the Subaru of Frederick showroom and met my awesome salesperson Grant Schley. From my initial phone call to the moment I walked into their showroom, Grant handled everything 101% and even after the sale was made, he continued to feed me information especially concerning charging procedures which is something I didn't know about since this is my first electric vehicle purchase. That was my main stressor from the beginning.
Everyone I met at the showroom, from the sales team, technical team, and finance team, turned out to be very professional and I would recommend the Frederick Subaru dealership and their impeccable and exceptional auto experience to all who are searching for a reliable and affordable vehicle.

I bought my Subaru Ascent Touring in Dulles, VA. Bought it new in 22. They were ok, but definitely not thrilled with my experience there. I live in Frederick, and it’s been a long trip to get my servicing done. So happy to have found the dealership in Frederick! I had an issue with my Ascent not accelerating as usual, and hesitating. Frederick was able to get my car in for service in 1 week. They have a big nice comfortable place to wait. I was very satisfied with the care taken to address my issue. I have been back to get my oil changed, and buy the gold warranty that I had a problem with getting from Dulles. Customer service has been outstanding. It was so nice to only have to drive into downtown Frederick, and then short drive home. My Subie is taken care of, and I am happy.
