The gentleman who runs the inside tunnel of the car wash is truly exceptional. I always look forward to seeing his smile—he brings such a positive, uplifting energy every single time I come through. Great staff, quick, they pay attention to details. Clean space, nice waiting area with coffee you can sit and watch your car be cleaned. Love their membership, I probably go a little too often.

I accidentally signed up for a monthly plan... When I realized and called the number on my credit card bill they were very helpful in getting me a refund of recent payments and a gift card for additional credits. Thanks Robert.

Paid $20.00 for a car wash. Got home and my car had spots all over it. It's like it wasn't even rinsed. I will never go here again. Such a waste of money.

It's hard to find a good Carwash place in Frederick that cleans outside and inside your car. I originally had Autospa however I would need to drive to Germantown to get the full service inside and outside. So I decided to try Fusion for a month just a few days ago. I did notice that there was still some spots that were still dirty on the outside of my car but that could be from not getting it cleaned for sometime. The inside of the car was ok since under the front seats looked as there was still debris that wasn't vacuumed very well. For this I will give them 4 out of 5. I'm not sure but I don't think they have vacuums in case they miss spots.

My car has literally never been cleaner. Stopped by on a Sunday morning in a very dirty, pollen and leaf encrusted car. It really needed a full detail but there wasn't any availability until a few days later. The service the Fusion team then proceeded to provide for a very reasonable amount was like a detail. Got an automated wash and the guy doing the initial spray took his time to make sure everything was covered, and it really seemed to make a difference with the final product. I've never seen my car so clean from an automatic wash. Then I paid for the interior vacuum and the Fusion team continued to exceed expectations. They looked like a pit crew with several team members jumping in to vacuum, wipe down every interior detail, dry the exterior and basically show my car a lot more love than I ever have in 11 years of ownership. I thought I put on a pretty good tip when I purchased the wash and vacuum, but I was so pleased the final product that I left more in the tip box. Everyone was super friendly and professional, and they didn't make me feel embarrassed that I brought in such a dirty car. I only wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often!

I can't praise Robert and his staff highly enough. I took my car in for exterior wash and interior detail. They did an excellent job, for a good price. Then my car broke down right in the detailing area! Wouldn't start and ran the battery flat. The staff - especially Robert - really helped me out: they did what they could to help to help fix the car, even gave me a jump start, and were so kind about the whole charade. In the end I was able to limp hom with a beautiful looking car. Now all I need is to fix the motor!

I've been a member ever since the place opened. Great to stop by and get the crud off the outside of your car. More so as soon it will be road salt season. The cleanings are worth the monthly fee. More so as you can pop on by every day if you like. My plan also includes the interior cleaning. Whilst not on a level with a professional detail, it cleans almost everything out of the footwells that accumulate, as I drive for a living.
