The worst pharmacy I have been to. I usually don’t write reviews but this called for one. The first time I had a prescription called in for a 28 day supply. When they pulled out the prescription it was only a 7 day supply and I fought back and forth with the cashier to double check and open the package. Finally she agreed to look and found that me the customer was correct. It was the incorrect amount. This second time I went up to the pharmacy to get a prescription and have made a few phone calls prior to going to the pharmacy that have all been nice just to simply ask questions about an authorization. I try to be very nice to my fellow retail employees. But this time I went up to the counter and before I reach the counter the guy laughed came up didn’t ask for my name or date of birth and just gave me the prescription. I will not be continuing my service here and will be transferring my scripts somewhere else. The staff is rude and doesn’t know proper manners.

I planned to be a new customer to Giant Eagle pharmacy because they had a coupon on GoodRx. My prescription was sent on Tuesday, I went to pick it up on Saturday. The woman at the register coldly told me they did not have a prescription for me. I told her I knew it was sent to this store, I confirmed the address with my doctor. She asked what it was for and scoffed when I told her it was for generic vyvanse. She said they don’t have enough for “their own patients” and it was probably rejected. She couldn’t give me any other information. I then called to speak with someone at the pharmacy from the parking lot and they also couldn’t give me any information. Why would you not contact a patient to let them know their prescription is unavailable? My doctor has no communication from them. I’d avoid this pharmacy if you can, and don’t count on any coupons through GoodRx.

THE OLDER MAN THAT WORKS THE LUNCH MEAT COUNTER IS VERY RUDE!!! EVERYTIME I ORDER LUNCH MEAT, HE HUFFS & MAKE FACES AS IF I'M BOTHERING HIM. WHEN I ASK A QUESTION. THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THE FIRST MEAT I ASK'D FOR WAS 11.99 I SAID, IT WAS A LITTLE TOO MUCH. SO I ORDERED SOME A LITTLE CHEAPER. 9.00. BUT HE PUT MORE THAN A POUND ON BCUZ IT CAME TO 10 DOLLARS & CHANGE. I DON'T THINK I WILL ORDER LUNCH MEAT WHEN HE'S THERE.?

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in history!!! I am never pleased with them when going here. Last time I was told it would be 30 minutes until my prescription was filled came back and was told 30 minutes again they had never started. Today I was told my prescription would be ready 30-45 minutes when I went back to go get it was a different person who then told me they do not have that prescription there. Meanwhile I am suffering in pain and waiting around on a prescription I was promised that wasn’t even there. This place just loves to waste your time especially when you’re on your death bed. There is almost no point to going to this pharmacy because the chances of you getting the prescription you were prescribed are slim to none. Especially if you’re in horrible pain don’t attempt with this pharmacy because you won’t get what you need when needed. Make the drive to a further away pharmacy that will get you the help you need. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service before attempting this pharmacy. This place needs help big time!!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever customer service and not knowledge at all take my advice and dont ever go to this pharmacy. Got a refill prescription notice days ago and sent a request got a text message back that it was recived went here earlier today to pick up said you have to come in person to pick up so I came and asked for a refill hours later came back and the pharmacist said that I never had a prescription for the medication there. Didnt get my refill and also had problem about a month ago with them never mixed my daughter's medicine she needed for an infection. Will only be returning to speak with pharmacy management.

this is the worst pharmacy ever!!! they are extremely unprofessional and refuse to do their jobs!!they have completely ignored filling a scrip my cardiologist called into their pathetic useless pharmacy after a visit wednesday and it's saturday now and they still have not filled the scrip!!wife tried picking it up the other day after calling to verify it was there, & they closed the pharmacy five minutes later b/c of "staffing issues"!!!!horrendous and callous attitudes by everyone in that useless pharmacy even when they do their jobs as well!!this "business" needs to be shut down, as they are ignoring filling necessary medications for cardiac patients!!!

I have been coming here every week for about 8 months, same time/day every week. I always have the same trio of pharmacists and over the past months they have come to expect me and are always on time, professional, and super nice! The three ladies on this shift are usually Ms Susan, Ms Princess and Ms Desyrae and they are always super wonderful and funny. Will continue to keep coming every week, thanks yall!

Worst pharmacy ever I just. Move from another state and is near my house the staff is absolutely disgusting attitude and won't even try to help you in any way. Please don't go there is not worth it!!

I LOVE THIS STORE AND THE FRIED CHICKEN AT THE DELI BUT.....AS OF 11/20/2021, THE CORPORATE OFFICE OR WHOMEVER CHANGED THE GREASE AND THE FLAVOR OF THE CHICKEN. IT'S NOT GOOD NO MORE AND THOSE BLAND FOOLS NEEDS TO BRING BACK THE FLAVA...PERIOD!!!!

I will never return here to fill my prescriptions again. They make it very difficult for customers and have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I normally have troubles getting my prescription filled here, but this time was the worst. The supervisor, I believe his name was Naseem or Nazeem, "helped' me. He refused to fill my prescription. I prefer the brand name over the generic version of my prescription because of how it interacts with my body, but he refused to give me the brand name. I even offered to pay for it out of pocket rather than through the insurance, but he refused saying it would mess up their audits because it could not be tracked. I left having nothing filled and spoke with my doctor. I went back to get my script but he then refused to give me that without writing the word "void" on it, even though I did not have anything filled. As a company that deals with public health, they should take more consideration to the needs of their customers.

I tried to corporate about my complaints. they did not care. I spoke with Matt and Dave managers at 7th street about my concerns. They did not care. Gaint Eagle needs to learn about customer service.
