False advertising. If you ask them to honor the guarantee, kitchen staff with threaten you and managers will refuse and say you need to wait half hr.

Ok, so a friend/ Aunt (V.) told me about the fried catfish there. Mind you, I'm all of 2hrs away. Yet, Friday, I took advantage of leaving work early and decided, it's "Fish Fry Friday", so I went. Let me tell you BEYYY - BEYYYY (in my Louisiana voice), that fish was amazing. Perfectly fried, hot, seasoned to perfection, if it had a bone, it would fall off. I couldn't believe it. I sat in the parking lot just eating and enjoying myself. Somebody Aunty (or Uncle) did that🤤...they did that🤤. Now, Im.saying this ONLY about the 7th street location. I bought 5 and ate 3 in the car...today (Saturday), I pinched a piece (cold) and it was still good. Since when was fried fish, good cold and the next day😲...I heated it and ate and it was STILLLLLL good. Don't sleep on 7th..I'm telling you...it's on point.

Has gone down hill in the 5 yrs since I moved here .. can't get good quality sliced fruit, no individual rolls, bagels are basically rolls with a hole but seafood and meats are above average and priced well.

The store itself is okay however I am getting tired of the cashiers repeatedly accidentally double scanning items. It happens to me consistently several times every month. It also happens to me at Patrick st location. I had to go back to customer service to get refunds which is time consuming. Double check your receipts.
