I swung by this Giant Eagle early this morning. Wasn't sure if they were open. There was no signage indicating their hours... until I parked my car, got out and walked up to the outer doors (which didn't open) and was barely able to see a small sign (with small print) giving the information by the INNER DOORS!
Seriously, do you think this is the best way to provide information to your customers?

Somewhat high prices, and you cannot use self checkout unless you have a membership card. Very inconvenient for anyone wanting to run in and out quickly

Store has signs saying guarantee hot and ready rotisserie chicken and if one is not ready between 10am and 8pm you get a coupon for a free one.
Kitchen staff are unaware of this guarantee and argued with me about it and customer service told me they would not honor the guarantee. This is false advertising!

I went there to get a 24 pice and an eight pice and they told me they couldn’t do that because they don’t have that many fires . I should be able to get what I want if I’m paying . They are rude and the manger there is full of popcorn ( putting ( it nicely .

nice store and by far the best store for grocery pickup (walmart is horrible and slow). the only reason it is 4 stars is because every giant eagle i’ve been to is weirdly disorganized. both the one on 40 and the one on 7th street are a bit confusing until you get used to it.

the ladies in the hot foods department were all absolutely MISERABLE and rude!!! up front staff was a lot nicer, but jeez. I know it gets stressful but at least be nice...plus the food wasn't out until almost 30 minutes after it was supposed to be. which isn't too big of a deal to me, it was really more the customer service.
