Always running out of items I like but I assume that’s due to the disruptions in deliveries these days. Love the thick ham steaks on the bottom cooler shelf but it’s sporadic in availability, the smaller cuts on the upper cooler shelves are not the same.

I really like this Giant. It's across the street from my barbershop, so when I get a cut, I make it a priority to stop in at this Giant Food. The store is bright, clean, and very well stocked. They tend to have a greater selection of items compared to other locations. My favorite section of the store is the deli. They always have fresh items to choose from and the people at the counter are also very helpful. Everyone is helpful, resulting in excellent customer service. Overall, I give this Giant 2 thumbs up.

I was at the giant in Urbanna Maryland. I was so ticked off watching this guy in the produce section of all sections of the store not wearing a mask because he thinks it's more important to talk on his cell phone he's been doing it for over 10 minutes now. The produce section seriously?! It looks to me that he just doesn't give a s*** about this virus going around I will be contacting the manager of the store. It's not that important to make a phone call you can still talk on your phone while wearing a mask!!!

This pharmacy has zero compassion or medical understanding of my chronic pain and autoimmune diseases. I am constantly treated like I am a burden, a drug seeker and have been humiliated once again today. When one of the staff becomes ill with Connective Tissue and Lyme disease they will get it. They need to learn the difference between abuse and necessity and have some sort of dignity when dealing with customers who already feel horrible. Switching pharmacies tomorrow, I was beyond abused today and was treated like a criminal.

Lovely new shiny Giant store. Well new to me, but it's very shiny none the less. I've had bad experiences of Giant in the past, though that was because I lived into the more shady areas of DC. The ghetto Giant if you will. Where ice cream is left to melt at the till because a customer decided to change their minds and the staff were too lazy to hussle it back to the freezers. Anyway that was my bad experience of Giant. This place seems nothing like that. The staff again are friendly (I'm putting that into a lot of reviews lately) and the place is well stocked. The ASR's are narrower than I'd like, but I'm willingly to overlook that as it's not a perfect world that I live in. The parking lot could do with much more space, more so as it shares its few spaces with the many businesses. But space is limited in this new purpose built town. It's going to be my local so I'm happy.

Swastika on the men's bathroom wall. While visiting this Giant I stepped into the men's bathroom to find a swastika etched into the wall at the urinal. Knowing how the world is today, and what city I live in, I wasn't shocked. So I took a picture to let the staff and management know about it. So as I'm finishing up in self checkout, I ask two employees who were standing close by to speak to a manager. Curious as to why I need a manager, I tell them about the swastika they have in the bathroom and show them a picture. To my surprise, they both look completely complicit with it and one even rolls her eyes. I get pointed to the manager (of Asian descent) who even more shockingly, has a complete nonchalant attitude towards it. I've contacted corporate, but should I even have had to?

This is a clean grocery store, and they have a nice selection of products. The produce is fresh and the associates are hard working friendly people. The only reasons for stars and not five is, I think the prices are not competitive enough with other stores that also offer fuel perks like Giant. The perks expire too quickly for as much as you have to spend to get a good discount on gas.
