I rented from Joyce for over 4 years and she always returned my calls promptly. If there was an issue, she put her attention on it. I paid on time, did not cause any issues, and she left me alone. It was a good match.

I've been a tenant with Guardian Properties llc for many years. Today they took care of an AC issue I had. With temperatures over 90 degree my AC stopped working! Julie immediately contacted Tetteris Hvac llc came out a couple hours after 1st contacting Julie. 5 stars for handling this problem with ease and promptness!
