this locations customer service is a joke, not only i but me and my co workers have had issues with this location, i bought 2 dresses on two different transactions, tried to return them, i didn’t have the tag for one and the other tag was one that was clearly replaced and hand written but i was told they do not take clothes back with no tag, the dress i was returning was right next to their register so if they needed a sku it was right there… someone asked a manager and they confirmed and then barked over the radio system “no in store credit either” … i realize it’s the holidays but there’s no reason to be barking at people over a policy that was stated to be placed two days ago

Don’t shop here. I just tried to return some pants for my son that we bought yesterday and were wrong size. Front counter accused me of washing and getting a stain on them which I did not (stain was on when I bought them and on several other pairs so I just figured I’d clean it later, photo is of stain) and they would not accept the return even though I was going to repurchase the correct sizes and more. Needless to say I didn’t and won’t purchase anything from this store again.

Online says open at 10am on Friday it is 10:21 am it’s still not open day after 4th of July and there no store hours here on the store doors

We only go to this store to get my daughters jeans and leggings because she is very slim built. Other stores' clothing unfortunately didn't work for us, always too wide or too big in the waist line.
