Nice location. Sometimes it's a little hard to find because it is in a corner. I've walked past it before. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Hot topic has a lot of modern pop culture items.

The staff here is so amazing. I went here to pick up a package from Secret Santa and the staff went out of their way to redact the name of my Secret Santa from the receipt, so it's not revealing before our party. They even gave me a 25% discount coupon. I definitely will come back again

Employee with ponytail and beard was so rude absolutely no manners for an “assistant manager”. Go to Spencer’s for good customer service. I’m ordering my stuff online from now on.

Horrible experience. I asked an employee there, probably 5’11, long hair and beard if he could help me find a shirt that was displayed on a mannequin. He told me it wasn’t available and rushed off. He was very rude and he essentially lied to me, because I looked around more and ended up finding the shirt I was looking for. Overall very poor experience due to rude employees.

Very clean store awesome staff Garrett was so helpful. Really welcoming environment and definitely the top reason to visit this mall. Good anime shirt section and rock wall. Love all the pins they had. Clearance section was EPIC.
