“I actually didn’t stay here as I was looking for something long long term during a home rebuilding, but it was one I checked the place was stunning , very clean , the rooms were spacious and very clean , the staff was friendly and knowledgeable,, but most importantly to me lol the coffee was amazing,, Thank you for your time and hospitality ❤️”

“The room was great but the breakfast was off, my kids are picky eaters and when I made them waffles they ended up spitting them out so I thought they were exaggerating, I tried it and I think the batter was off... The fruit had been sitting out too long as the oranges were as hard as a rock, next to their overripe bananas.”
“Hampton was a great experience. Staff was friendly. We had a regular room with a King. Had a small fridge and microwave. Needed some updating but was clean. Breakfast was very yummy!”
“The owner has wonderful knowledge of his spirits! I thought I had tried or at least heard of most vodkas… not the case! He said I should try a cucumber infused bottle by Wagner. It really fits the spot, refreshing too!!”
“There was an issue with a leaking shower they didn’t fix. They didn’t clean our room I had to ask for it ? they said? Isn’t that supposed to be done by default? Also laundry ? you have to do it yourself ?”

“Location was close to restaurants however, if you didn’t want to go out you could enjoy the dining experience in the lobby area. The customer service was great, but the rooms based on my experience could be cleaned more thoroughly.”
“We just needed a quick place to overnight on an exhausting cross-country trip. We rolled up here very close to midnight and were met by Mitchell, who was just a delight. He knows so much information about the area and also about the hotel itself. The hotel has many very nice plants. The rooms are very spacious actually with a sofa included (but at the expense of bathroom space).
My other complaint is that most of the lights in the room are a very bright vivid LED lights, although the bedside lights are a softer warm light. Overall, it was a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, and we were quite happy.”
“Food and Beer were great! Parking was a nightmare. Apparently one patron was so anxious to get inside they couldn't Park properly. It made it very difficult for cars to pass by”

“Great place to crash for the night while traveling. Pet friendly was great perk. Didn't use bath/shower looked surface cleaned but not clean clean. Cracked fiberglass lines were black. Toilet was clean as was sink and counter area. Room was also clean. King sized bed was very comfortable and very clean. Air-conditioned room was perfectly chilled.”

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm professionalism—check-in was lightning fast, and the staff showed true local hospitality, not the phony kind.
My room? Clean, cool, and surprisingly quiet. The bed was firm without being stiff (big win), and the blackout curtains worked overtime—critical after long days on the road. Fast Wi-Fi, plenty of charging ports, and strong water pressure sealed the deal.
Breakfast in the morning hit all the right notes—waffles, eggs, and real coffee that didn’t taste like it was brewed through a gym sock. Plenty of parking too, which matters more than people realize.

“I was very happy with my room. It was newly remodeled and very clean. The bed was comfortable with lots of nice pillows. It was quiet so I slept well. I was on the second floor, there aren’t any elevators but the steps are pretty easy. I would definitely stay again.”

“Hollerstown B & B is one f the most welcoming places we've stayed at. We stay with Betty and Phil every time we are in the Frederick area. I have dietary restrictions and Betty in her creative way cooks/bakes the most delicious breakfast for me. My husband can eat anything and Betty cooks his breakfast separately for him and the other guests. The home is extremely comfortable with easy parking which is important in Frederick. Betty and Phil are there for conversation, recommendations, for whatever you may need. I highly recommend.”
