I was up front with what I needed before setting up the appointment. Needed help with some back taxes. Told me they could help. Went in and again told them what I needed. They refused to help with the back taxes problem but put all their focus on the current year. Even when I told them I didn’t want them doing my current ones if they can’t do my back taxes. Baited me in and switched it up. Had the balls to charge me when I didn’t even want them do anything if they couldn’t do it all. Be lucky I don’t call an attorney. Def disputing the charge with my bank on Monday. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.

HR Block and Don get it done right every year. Used to use an accountant. Not needed when you have professionals like this.

I met with Fauzia, a Sr. Tax Analyst at the H&R Block in Frederick, MD (April 2024). It was easy to schedule a consultation and I was amazed at her tax knowledge and ability to communicate with me in layman’s terms. She promptly, professionally and patiently answered all of my Estimated Quarterly Tax Payment questions. I agree with the other reviews, Fauzia definitely went above and beyond to help. Great experience, highly recommend!

Great job done by Fauzia, took her time and explain things to me. Great personality, knowledgeable and got the job done within a reasonable time. Went over some things with me for next year. I am sure to go back service was excellent. She went above and beyond. Thank you.

Hr block in frederick. I went because I did my return on line and had an issue. Everyone helped me out. I was able to file a new return. I was so happy. I'm very impressed with everyone. 10 stars
