Thank you to Rob and Jake in the Service Dept on Sat, Oct 25. I truck a Deer on Saturday morning on I-70 while on my way to PA to visit my daughter. I stopped in the Service Lane with my Ford EcoSport to ask for a quick assessment to be sure I didn't have any Radiator damage. There were no warning lamps on to indicate there was an issue, but I wanted a 2nd opinion. Rob didn't see anything of real concern and had Jake a service tech take a look as well. Damages appear to be cosmetic for the most part . They taped up my Bumper Cover and Headlamp to secure them for my travel. Thanks so much to you both for you assistance especially on a competitive brand (FORD).

We spoke with Ross and Dante while looking for a new truck. His customer service was great! He really took his time explaining the difference in trims and shows us a lot of different trucks. He was really kind and helpful! I highly recommend asking for Ross when visiting

Gary Barber was very helpful! Two years ago and then again about 8 months ago, I discussed with him a trade and to upgrade my current vehicle. He advised me when the timing would be better and got in exactly what I wanted for my next vehicle. Then, (because I had originally decided to wait until next year to purchase) he sent me a surprise text that he was able to negotiate more on my trade to cover the new tires I had just invested in.
Gary's countless hours and dedication along with his extensive experience in the automotive industry is unmatched and his professionalism and value for my time is what makes him a leader in his field. His follow up and hard work should never go unnoticed. From an SUV he recommended 23 years ago to my brand new vehicle he has only gotten better as the industry has progressed. He made this big computer screen seem not so scary and spent the time to show me all the ins and outs of my new systems.
The financial assistant was so wonderful. She had a very welcoming personality and we discussed many things. Teresa is just a lovely human so hopefully she will continue to work alongside Gary as they seemed to make a wonderful team. It did not hurt that she was able to get me a crazy low interest rate and that she made the paperwork flow seamlessly. Her experience and professionalism were beyond reproach and I will continue to recommend family, friends, and colleagues to your dealership.

I've been dealing with issues in my 22 ultimate for the last 6 months or so. Ideal GMC has been open, helpful and proactive. My Truck is running perfectly now. DON'T BUY YOUR CAR HERE! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went to buy a used 2018 Honda Civic here last week and was deceived throughout the buying process. Never did the salesman break down any of the costs associated with the sale. They automatically install a security system in each car (new and used) and you're charged an extra $500 for it regardless of whether you wanted it or not. To get it un-installed would cost you too. On top of that, I was told that the $800 optional processing fee goes to cover the title, registration fees and to process the necessary paperwork for that but it doesn't cover that at all. Also, be aware if you need to finance, you're better to go elsewhere. Even a person with excellent credit like myself got screwed on the rate at an astounding 9.14% for 72 months. I'd also stay away from any gap insurance through them as you can get it cheaper through your own bank. Then after reaching out to the manager, he wouldn't do anything other than explain the things that should of been explained before ever signing any paperwork. Had I know all this I may have thought twice about getting the car. Needless to say I won't ever be getting a car from them in the future. Hopefully this helps others. Choose wisely.

Typical Sleazy Car Salesperson Experience
2 stars - because I love my car now and how management stepped in to assist me.
I could sit here and write my whole detailed account of what buying my car from here was like but I will just high the highlights:
- no respect or empathy was given to me while making this huge purchase
- rushed through paperwork and both the sales person and finance person were extremely rude when I asked questions or wanted time to read over what I was signing
- I asked finance not to run my information for a loan and they did
- Tried to sell me a car with significant damage and when I pointed it out the sales person they thought $100 off would shut me up although it was a multiple thousand dollar fix. Thankfully once I showed it to management they took the car right into the shop and had the damage fixed in a week for me. I was given a loaner in the meantime which had damage as well. CHECK YOU VEHICLE’S BODY, INTERIOR AND ELECTRICAL THOROUGHLY BEFORE PURCHASE!
- They were unable to produce the title for the car for 2 weeks when my bank requested it to process my loan

I took my car that I bought from them for oil change. There was nothing wrong with it in the morning as I drove about 120 miles before the oil change the same day, didn’t buy gas. After they changed the oil, my car started smelling like gas. It was very heavy at first, not to mentioned,. I am driving back home smelling gas while I am pregnant. I went back the same day, they said they can’t see anything wrong with it but it still smells gas when I get in. I will go back tomorrow but how dangerous and inconvenient as I am pregnant and I will miss work for this. All I asked was a simple oil change on a car had no problem before I took it to the service on this dealership.

My husband and I wrapped up a very straight forward purchase process with Roy Hassan at Ideal GMC yesterday. Most of the communication about the vehicle and purchase was done over text, but our in person test drive and discussion with Roy was very pleasant and easy going.
