Our shower’s pan appeared to be cracked because water seemed to be leaking from it and causing water damage in our ceiling above our foyer. Submitted a request to this company, who we’ve been with for over 20 years. Two people came, put a 3’+x4’+ hole in our ceiling to check for damage, attached an industrial fan to both the ceiling and our bathroom which ran for an entire weekend plus. Then the day that the workers came back for the fans, this company told us our claim was denied!!! After over 20 years with them, decent driving record, small claims over the years not even adding up to $5,000 total…after taking from us over $55-70k in premium payments, and they DENY OUR CLAIM??? Do NOT, do NOT go to these people for your insurance needs! They don’t care about you! We are now stuck with a HUGE HOLE in our ceiling thanks to them!! I am beyond DISGUSTED with them…don’t even think they appreciate your loyalty to them. They will backstab you in a heartbeat!!! You did NOTHING for our family, Jay Forney, when we needed your company’s services; NOTHING!

A dear friends house was broken into almost two weeks ago . The door was damaged and can not be locked . A window was broken out and is not sealed and so to this day the insurance company has done nothing to secure her residence. Would you feel safe at your house ? Would you feel safe knowing that anyone could enter your house anytime ,day or night ? A customer for 40 yrs and this is the best they can do ?

Jay is the best agent I could ever ask for. His two assistants Brenda and Elaine work fast and are extremely helpful. I use Jay for vehicle insurance as well as business and it’s unmatched.

unbelievable lack of service. A dear friends house was burglarized and after two weeks , you leave messages no response . House is still not secured . I would bet that if they were owed money they wouldn't have a problem calling .

Elaine is one of the rudest people, in customer service, I have ever dealt with. She should not be working in a customer service environment if she is unable or unwilling to treat every customer with respect.My issue stems from a loss of a multi-policy discount, coupled with StateFarm's lack of a UX/UI web interface that allows auto-pay. I had asked prior to be set up on auto-pay, but it was some antiquated process that involved dealing with Elaine.I sold my condo, and in turn lost my multi-policy discount. A bill posted to my account in the amount of roughly $40.00 (My insurance for 2 cars is about $2k a year). Needless to say, I did not pay my bill, due to not receiving it.Elaine told me she send me an email. She did, but all it said was "call me"... how about something more descriptive, like "Please call me, your additional bill is past due. We are about to terminate your coverage". When I brought this up, her statement was "well you didn't pay your bill and you have an obligation to pay it. We don't have remind you". This could have been easily solved had there been an easy way to set up auto-pay.
