Went here for an oil change and parked in front of the bay doors. Saw people inside working and they noticed me drive up because I had my lights on and was directly in front of one of the doors.Waited in my car for 14 minutes and nobody came out to welcome me or tell me anything. Went inside and the guy behind the counter said “ oh someone will be right out to your vehicle “.Waited another 8 minutes and nobody approached. So I left and went to another jiffy lube location where I was greeted immediately, and car’s oil change was completed in a timely manner.

Fast service and good price. Only suggestion that in winterish months have a little heater in waiting room, was kinda chilly. But spring and summer can sit outside and wait.

Hands down bring your car to this shop. They are one of the most honest shop I’ve ever been at. Mix that old school way of mechanical knowledge with new technology and you have the perfect combination. We almost spent $160-$200 on a serpentine belt replacements AFTER a diagnostic test from the Kia Dealership that said we needed it. It was surprising to learn the belt is in excellent condition and needed simple rust removal sprayed on it and the sound went away. You’ve earned a lifetime customer!

Very professional experience. Greeter and staff were motivated, clean, and welcoming. Waiting area was very clean and you can tell management takes pride in showcasing their employees accomplishments and certifications.
