Had a screw in my tire and was trying to make it to jiffy lube before they closed at 7:00pm (I don't appreciate businesses that still have early closing COVID hours) saw this business on maps, that they were open past 7pm. I was driving down reels Mill road and realized they were very close by, so I called.
They said they would be open, I stopped by, Spoke with Dan he was really helpful and knowledgeable. He really struck me as a great guy, passionate about his work. I definitely got a sense of pride and integrity In what he's doing at this garage.
They pulled the screw out, luckily it was a small one didn't need the tire to be plugged. He then checked the air pressure in my other tires, so I gave him a tip and went on my way.
Normally when I need something I call Tom at Frederick Auto. But next time I need a repair or something, I'm going to give these guys a shot they seem to have a good business here and I was definitely impressed.

2 weeks ago I ask to check for a noise on the car but I didn’t say to check the brakes of the car or to take the car apart. I already knew I need change of brakes. I asked for a simple noise check that’s all, and after they put everything back, my car started to shake the following day. I don’t recommend nobody to go to the shop. They probably desperate for money so you can go back after they ruined the car. The owner didn’t admit for his wrong doing of work. Pathetic.

Called to have Toyota front tire brakes/rotors done and was able to get in and out within 2 hours.compared to other shops, Juan's had the best price in town, Carlos is a very professional mechanic.

On a 3 state family road trip, our van overheated after 6 pm on a Saturday, spewing coolant all over the engine. We pulled over at a rest stop and called Juan's Auto Repair, the only shop open. We described the situation and asked if it was safe to drive to his shop. He suggested getting a tow, to be safe.
Monday he texted to say he was checking, and later, sent a video showing progress on engine work. By Tuesday morning he texted about his test driving it, then that we could pick it up! Without this man's kindness, mechanical knowledge, and hard work, our vacation would have been limited to a 1 state road trip instead of 3! Price was reasonable too! Trust Juan's Auto. This is a fair and honest auto mechanic shop.
