Terrible lab! Waiting time around 1 hour, big lines. It is also a really dirty place and nobody cleans it.

I have come to this location a few times. I can say always been greeted with a smile by the time I turn my head my blood is drawn didn't feel a thing and no bruising.

The African American young lady at the front desk has a major attitude problem. She was rude and seemed agitated that she had to stop scrolling on her phone and actually work. This isn’t a racist review as I am a black man. Management should really reevaluate who they choose to represent their company.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk was pleasant (she even opened the door for me as I was going out!...I have a back injury and walk with a cane).
The tech that did the blood draw was sweet as well. Very friendly and did a great job!! Will be going back here for next time! :)

Got a routine blood draw on Weds. The guy had a lazy vibe, and when he hurriedly poked me I felt a huge jolt up my arm. Now I am still having bad nerve pain when I move my arm 3 days later, read online it might take weeks to heal, and now I can't lift weights and its effecting my mobility. Miserable experience. Lazy and unprofessional.

Don’t go to this location and instead go to the one on Thomas Johnson. The person at the front desk was very rude and acted like I was bothering him with my question (only one question). It was the first time I had paid for my own test and I just wanted to know how I should enter the prepaid test code and he acted like he was annoyed! If you can’t deal with people then don’t get a front desk job! You’re getting paid to do this and it’s not like the test are free and their doing you a favor!!! Avoid this location at any cost. Awful service!!!!

Everyone here is so kind and fun. I always ask to have the recliner, as I tend to get light headed. I never feel judged for this request, or that I am a bother because it is out of the ordinary. My appointments have never been late, and even my walk ins are done very quickly. I have never had any pain with a blood draw here. I drive out of my way to go to this particular location. Whomever is in charge here, and doing the training, they are doing a great job. I have no complaints, and it sounds strange, but I always have a good laugh when I am here. Keep up the great calming and fun presence!!

James was my phlebotomist and he was amazing! I'm a nurse and can draw blood, but I hate having my own blood drawn. James was friendly and kept me engaged in conversation so I wouldn't get nervous. I couldn't even feel it! He's absolutely wonderful, knows what he's doing, and is great with people. I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday and had less than a 5 minute wait.

I visited this Lab on 05/31/2024.
The front desk attendants or medical assistants are so stupid, they cannot read a Lab order. Do not come here. Save your time and your sanity and go to another location.
Really! they’re stupid, absolutely no brain in there.

James was awesome as my technician. I had quite a few vials to fill up and he was patient and I didn't feel the needle at all. If you're prone to fainting, ask for the room that has the recliner. Thanks, James!

Easy to make appointment online. The office was clean and welcoming, and the front desk was friendly and helpful!

My appointment was 12:15pm so I could go during my lunch break. I arrive early to check in. I was called back around 12:35pm. I patiently waited till 12:50pm, then had to find a staff member to ask if I would be getting seen soon due to needing to return back to work by 1pm. I understand lunch is a busy time for them but that is the point of having an appointment. Very disappointing with this Labcorp location. Getting your blood work done should not take an entire hour! The staff also did not follow proper HIPPA Protocols by using patients full names for everyone in the waiting room to here who they are and what lab work they were getting completed.
