I used to go to your Jessup location all the time and also Baltimore, and yeah they do charge you without you knowing or asking that damn warranty on each individual piece you buy I think that's wrong and they should at least ask you if you want it or not that's just a gimmick

I’ve been in automotive my entire life nearly, 25 years professionally. I can’t recall a worse experience with a parts supplier. Absolute disaster and it took over an hour of dealing with the useless front end staff to get the wrong part, got a part that wasn’t correct but fit eventually and had to nearly call the police to get it out of the store. They charged me for 2 of the same part at 2 different prices and I was quoted much less originally on the phone. Go elsewhere, they don’t care about customers and a staff member threatened me during the encounter. Absolutely bizzare experience and all the errors were theirs. Place needs a total management overhaul from what I saw. The manager barely spoke when he showed up over an hour later. Never been in an altercation nearly to try and purchase anything? It was very odd. I should have walked out immediately, and would recommend find anywhere else to go. They quote random prices and then double charge or tripple and play games when you want your part. I was also never called when the part arrived, twice…absolutely worthless

I got some car parts at your Potomac Maryland location early December 2023 and the cashier added guarantees (money) on the products without asking me.if i needed them and I was in a hurry without checking my receipt. My first time at your location though. It was painful and still painful to me.. I wish the guarantees (money) would be returned to my account
