This review isn't related to this branch, but to Macy's as a whole. We ordered from Macy's just before Christmas. Some items were cancelled from our order and Macy's never fully returned the money for those items, claiming they cannot find a trace in their system. This company is a scam. Multiple calls, emails and Facebook messages later and we're still where we started. The people on the phone always admit that they owe us money, while the people answering the emails claim to not know anything about anything. Ridiculous and bad business!

I recently visited Macy's to return a perfume and was extremely disappointed by the service I received from Rhonda in the perfume section. I had hoped to exchange the item and potentially purchase a different fragrance, but when I asked about this, Rhonda was unhelpful had a poor attitude. The box was open so I would’ve understood if the return/exchange wasn’t possible but she immediately became dismissive and walked away mid-conversation, continuing to be rude for the rest of the interaction. If you happen to visit the perfume section, I would suggest avoiding this particular staff member. She’s a white old lady with yellow hair.

The ceiling is falling apart in places and it smells like mildew half the time. I think they over spray perfume when you enter from the outside to try to mask it. The place where they sell bedding looks like a going out of business place or a back room.
Don’t by anything that isn’t on sale, in a week or so it’ll go on sale - buy it then. They have good clearance for baby clothes. Also carters brand sometimes 50/60 percent off.
It’s nice they have the toys r us section to get ideas for toys. When comparing online, some are actually a good deal - but be careful and make sure you search to be sure.
Most of the sales people are very nice.

It's not just this location, it’s the entire chain - just not the same quality and service that they used to be known for, but I understand that brick and mortar is struggling to compete with online pricing and selection,

My sister worked here and was fired because of bad training. They blamed her when she didn’t even know what was expected of her. It’s obvious they just blame the workers instead of holding the managers accountable. They needed someone to take the fall, so they chose my sister. Completely unprofessional, and we’ll never shop at the FSK Macy’s again. If you’re looking for a job, don’t bother applying here!

This store is always dead. I ordered a canister set from here and it was broken when it arrived. I ordered clothes that I had to return too, they had a funky smell. The prices are outrageous. I don't recommend this store.If I could give zero stars I would.
