This company has poor practices. I made two appointments online. One for my husband and one for myself. I did my appt. 1st. I received a pin number to create a password for my account, when I set up the appointment. This is the only email I received from Envy. The calendar showed the appointment was for Sunday. I never received a confirmation email nor text asking for confirmation. They called my husband to see if he was keeping his appointment and this is how I found out I missed an appt. That was for the wrong day. I called to let them know the online calendar was off. I then noticed there was nother under previous appointments. However, they took the payment. They would not reschedule my appointment like they rescheduled my husband's appointment and I paid for both sessions. It is clear after reading the negative reviews that this company is all about the money and not pleasing their clients. One, their online service doesn't work right. Two, do not give these people a credit card number, if you cannot get confirmation or info about your appointment.

Went in for the 30 min targeted spot massage. Really loved my masseuse!! She was great. It wasn’t until I left, that I realized the massage wasn’t even close to 30 mins…. We started at 11:33 and ended at 11:54. That’s almost 1/3 of the time… for that reason don’t think I’ll be back :(

Waste of my time. I booked an appointment at 9:45 this morning through the online portal. Showed up to my scheduled appointment at 2:30 just for the receptionist to tell me she doesn’t see me in the system. After 5 mins of back and forth I realized they did not care to help me so I left without rescheduling. Don’t recommend this location.

I have been a long time client and when I call massage envy it goes to a customer service center now. I have been on hold for 20 minutes twice now and they still won’t pick up. How do I talk to a person to move my appointment??

I’ve been a member on and off for years (depending on my financial situation). I’ve never had a bad massage or facial here, but today I had the best one ever and had to give a review. I had Sarah for the first time today and she’s a gem! Absolutely perfect amount of pressure and time pacing for the body parts I needed to be worked on most. She was so friendly and professional and understanding.

The total body stretch ?? amazing. My friend said it was tough but I found it super relaxing. I think it just depends on how flexible you are. I almost fell asleep more than once.

Had a gift card. (FREE MONEY) Called for an appointment. They can get me in 8+ weeks from my call. Is this a successful business model? Is this service? Definitely not a place I'd recommend. Obviously a walk in is out of the question. A demand analysis and new leadership may be in order.

Josh B is great as always but I wanted to mention that the store manager Lisa is great as well! There was a miscommunication somewhere along the lines and she without hesitation made it right! I want to give Lisa a shout out and thank her for being so helpful and kind and making sure I understood all my options.

the massage was very stressful the oil was cold and the massage did not last one hour but only lasted 45 min while the payment was for one hour

went to two diff locations two separate times (route 26 & urbana) & was disappointed both times. i was on time but called into my room late & massage was over before time was up both times. never again.

I enjoyed so much. It was my first real massage. I was scared because I thought everywhere was going to hurt. But it definitely helped me through a huge amount of stress I was accumulating… thank you!!!
