Some of the female employees will try and up the price on the phones. Then what their selling for?? Like it was done for me, which caused me to go to different store. Call Metro Pcs customer service to see about any promotions before you go. To see if you qualify for a upgrade??

This is the baddest store you can see. I bought a phone there and they told me it was 5G and it came out that it's only 4G. I want to return it and the owner is a crook because he doesn't want to return my money and I spoke to customer services and they say that he has the right to return my money but the owner doesn't want to return my money. He's a big thief.
