Don't waste your money. I went to two different minute clinics on Saturday 9 days ago and both were an absolute waste of time and money. My son woke up with double conjunctivitis on a saturday, and I didn't want him to have to wait until Monday for medicine. I took him to the liberty road minute clinic. The provider said an ointment was best. On Monday, he woke up in pain and crying and saying he couldn't see because his eyes were crusted shut. I took him to his Dr, who said the ointment i was prescribed is very old fashioned, and thats why it didn't work at all. He prescribed proper meds and my son was doing great by the next day. How is the provider lacking so much knowledge in meds that he would prescribe something so outdated that didn't work at all? As far as my appointment, I went to Ballenger creek and was prescribed meds for my eyes, since I had caught it from my son. The provider was very friendly and knowledgable, however, I went to the pharmacy in the same store and was told the meds need prior authorization from the Dr, which would be another day or so. I'm still waiting on that NINE days later. I've called the pharmacy who has tried to reach out to the minute clinic for other meds that don't need prior authorization, and still no response from minute clinic. Guess I threw my money away on both useless appointments. The pharmacy is 30 feet from the minute clinic. How has no one responded after 10 days. This is crazy. Lucky for me, my infection cleared up on it's own, since my visit was absolutely useless without being able to get my meds.

Rocky is my hero. He saved my life. He positively identified strep throat in both of my children. He also saved my grandmother's life. He identified necrotizing fascitis and saved her leg.

Very happy with our Minute Clinic experiences. I made an appointment online for myself for a flu shot and one for my husband to be seen for a sinus infection. You check in using their handy kiosk and the provider was out to greet me and collect insurance info within 1 minute, then took me straight back for my shot. My husband had an identical experience. Both of us were in and out quickly with no waiting, at all. I even got a $5 coupon to use for things I needed to pick up anyways. Very convenient! Really liked the provider, too. We will definitely use this location again.

Everytime I have gone there I have received top notch service! Sarah, Bridgett and Wendy are always thorough and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had an awful experience at this cvs minute clinic off of liberty road in Frederick. I got there before opening approximately 8:18am when they open at 8:30am. There was construction being done all around me. Water spilled on the floor , screws and debris rolling around. The machine they use for checking in patients was not working. I alerted the cvs pharmacy staff of this issue and made sure the minute clinic was open confused by all the construction and why the minute clinic nurse was late to her shift. A women who came in way after me said she was before me because she made an appointment for 8:40. I was willing to wait for one person ahead of me however when the nurse finally comes out to take the women who had the appointment at 8:40am I asked if my wait time on the screen was correct because it said an hour and 14 minutes. She assured me that was correct and was extremely rude about it. Why take walk ins if you do not have the means to help them. If the nurse on staff was on time for her shift she could have still seen me. Also people come to you sick and in pain the last kind of treatment we want is rudeness and unprofessionalism. Sorry I’m sick but you picked this profession so you should probably act like you care more about the public that you are supposed to be serving. I will never use cvs minute clinic again.

The problem is they schedule so many appointments it is impossible to get a walk in visit. Due to my job I can not always schedule a visit because I do not know when I will be off. The last 3 times I have visited this location I have been told it would be over a 2 hour wait. Additional staffing(only one person working every time)should be added if your that busy. The other location in Frederick has the same exact problem
