Very poor customer service and request system. Submitted a request for a quote on two tires about a week ago. No one has reached out via email or phone. Like others have said It would have been nice if they just communicated if you’re booked or not but to not communicate at all…. Unacceptable.

This is the most convenient way to get new tires! I called them in the morning and had my new tires on my car when I left work for the day. Now waiting or getting a ride. They are priced competitively and Karen discussed my options clearly. Thank you!!

I left a website request for an appointment and never heard back. I call in a week later thinking maybe they're a same day service... and they tell me we're booked a week out. would have been nice if they had responded to my website request originally.
