I have not driven my car too much since those parts were replaced, but Mark, who was my service person, told me if I had any issues just bring it on back. Today I did drive quite a bit and I had no issues. It’s running very well. Carriage House has a great reputation and uses quality parts. Good experience!”

“Frederick Auto Body is great! I stopped by in a whim to have them look at my front bumper. I had a very minor run in with another vehicle. I wish I could remember the name of the gentlemen who came out to look at it with me. He looked at it for a minute and then walked back inside and grabbed some type of degreaser. He polished the bumper and it looked good as new, the scuff must have been all surface level. I appreciated his help so much. For any auto body work in the future, this is my first stop! Would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Took and Audi Q5 in for a big service, transmission flush, spark plugs, brakes, oil change. Upfront quote was steep, but the cost was scaled down as they looked at the issues, only needed brakes on rear and no need to do coolant flush... No up selling or unnecessary work which I respect. Cost for oil change is half Audi service, and brakes about 35% cheaper. Bargain!”

Churchill was great in finding a way to secure original parts, and once they had them, getting them on quickly. Very easy and accommodating to work with! “They had very good customer service, in general, and I appreciate the transparency, but I worked with Rob. I requested an inspection/diagnostic to see what was needed, and Rob provided a breakdown of what they found with notes and recommendations. Because I'm a DYIer, I opted to do some of the items myself, but did approve for work beyond my capabilities and time availability.
When the work was completed they sent an Uber to pick me up (absolutely appreciated that). I had no issue with picking up my vehicle, nor were there any issues found after leaving their shop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic.”

“Don, his son and the team is the best! They know their stuff. I was looking to get my upgraded 21” wheels mounted with the new tires for a place and every other place had their own big agenda while Don simply welcomed me to get the job done. They have the right tools and the expertise. He’d take you in if there is room to help you out while other places push you away giving days or weeks away from the day you need help. Later I went back to get my tire pressure sensors installed and fix a tire puncher on another time. Excellent service every time. This is my new go to tire place now !”
