Since I was given several options from the person who answered the phone on Friday, I made an appointment for Saturday to have my oil changed at 12 noon. We arrived early and left the car for what should have been no longer than 1 hour 30 minutes with an appointment, according to another Mr. Tire location. After approximately 2 hours, my husband called and was told it would not be ready until 4 or 5 pm. So, I called and ask what was the point of making an appointment. I was rudely told that 15 other appointments were made online over night and they had 3 vehicles dropped off that morning and no one was getting special treatment.
So, how is it determined what vehicle receive service first? Appointment clearly doesn't matter!
We went back around 3 pm and our car was still parked in the same spot. We asked for our key back and left.

I brought my 2016 Toyota Camry to Mr. Tire for what should’ve been a simple brake inspection. They told me I needed completely new brakes and rotors, so I agreed to the service.
Two days later, the brakes started vibrating badly and making noise. When I brought the car back, they acted like it was unrelated to the work they had just done and tried to charge me another diagnostic fee. Then they claimed the “real issue” was a warped rotor and loose caliper hardware — things that should’ve been caught or fixed the first time.
It felt like they just swapped parts without properly diagnosing anything, then tried to upcharge me again when their rushed repair failed. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t trust them with any future repairs.

I had a terrible experience here with my 2021 Honda Accord. I brought the car in with a brand-new catalytic converter for them to install. They replaced it, charged me, and two days later the car broke down again.
When I returned, they made me pay for diagnostics a second time, even though the failure happened only 48 hours after their repair. Then they told me it was a “completely different problem” and said I now needed almost $3,000 more in repairs because something was “leaking in the motor.”
If that major issue existed, it should’ve been caught during the first diagnostic, not after taking my money and installing a part. They didn’t check the bigger problem the first time, only swapped the catalytic converter, and then blamed everything on a new issue afterward.
This shop cost me money, time, and gave zero real accountability. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend others get a second opinion before trusting their diagnostics.

I’m very disappointed with this Mr. Tire. I paid for diagnostics and was told a heater core flush would 100% fix my heater issue. I trusted their recommendation and paid about $250 total. The heat worked for only two days.
When I called back, the manager (Dorwin) reviewed the diagnostic notes and said, “Of course the flush wasn’t going to work — your coolant is leaking.”
So they clearly knew the flush wouldn’t fix the issue, but never told me that before taking my money.
If I had been told the full problem upfront, I would’ve never agreed to the flush. I feel misled, and I won’t be returning to this location.

I have a rental car through Enterprise that needed oil changed. Enterprise said they would contact Mr Tire the day before for appointment to let them know, I would be there between 1130am-12. I show up then, walk in to the front desk, there were two girls and a guy with a beard. Wait for the guy to stop talking with what seems to be a trainee about nothing important and finally acknowledges me. I said I’m renting this car from enterprise and it needs to have the oil changed. He takes my keys, and says nothing. He goes onto the next Customer, so then I wait for them to have a break in their conversation and ask the guy with the beard, “so what’s going on with my car, how long will the wait be?“
He says two hours. I go for a walk around the area for two hours and I come back. The car is in the same parking spot. I go in and ask if the car had its oil changed yet? Guy with the beard tells me no, that it’s the next car to be processed. I said OK, I will go for another walk. I come back after 30 or 40 minutes and car is still in the same parking spot. I go inside to wait…I then see two cars go into the garage to get processed. Mine remains in the same parking spot. I go up to the guy with a beard and said I cannot wait any longer, if the car is not going to be processed immediately, I need to go. He brings my keys back to me and says sorry they got hung up on a car.
Colossal waste of three hours. Will never go back. Enterprise should have a partnership with one of the local Lube Centers… I would’ve waited no longer than 30 minutes. Just bad management at this Mr Tire

I had a very bad experience at Mr. Tire. The technician there seemed to have no proper knowledge about the issue. I originally went in because my running tail light wasn’t working, but after they checked it, my entire tail light stopped working completely. On top of that, they quoted me almost $300 for a simple issue, which felt like they were just trying to charge money from people without actually fixing the problem.
I later went to Midas, and they fixed the issue in just a few minutes.
I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love Mr. Tire. My service work included complete tire replacement, battery replacement, cooling system service, and power steering service. The staff and service techs did an excellent job…. I’ll certainly be back and highly recommend Mr. Tire for all your car-care needs, the satisfaction of work well done, and the competent expertise that can keep you on the road safely

The Price you pay at the store is double the price shown online when making a reservation. It’s a definite ripoff. Will not use their services again

Over priced and I believe it's International. The shop installed a dirty tire and expected me to know that it wasn't used be a their storage is dusty and dirty. I asked for management and he was extremely rude, talking over me and arguing as if I'm his misbehaved child.
