We were traveling from PA to Lynchburg in the evening when we heard the thup, thup, thup, thup of a damaged tire. We pulled into a gas station and discovered a screw in our tire. Google sent us to the nearest tire store who diagnosed the damage as non-repairable. Their tech was injured and couldn't replace the tire.
They called ahead to Mr. Tire and asked if we could be fit in for a new tire. Mr. Tire squeezed us in at the end of their day. The gal at the desk, chr****, was crazy helpful, she even directed us to a great restaurant for a meal while they changed the tire.
We were back on the road quickly. Thanks, Mr. Tire.

I had 4 snow tires shipped to the store from Tire Rack and scheduled an appointment for 8AM and was told it would take 3 hours to complete. I thought that seemed a little long but I let it slide. I came to the shop and talked Curtis who at first seemed pleasant. He took my basic information for the installation. I mentioned how easy the process was to have the tires shipped to them from Tire Rack and installed and then his attitude changed to an almost disappointed or unhappy demeanor that I didn't buy the tires through them. I planned on waiting while they worked on the car and I asked him how long it would roughly be and he almost kind of laughed and said it wouldn't be done until the afternoon. The tires were already here and I had no choice but to just have it done since my car could not fit them all to bring them anywhere else.
I called for a ride and waited for someone to pick me up and we left to go run some errands and back to their home while I waited. 5 hours went by with no notifications so I called and spoke to Curtis again. He said they haven't started it yet and it would probably be a few more hours. At this point it was 1:30 and mind you they close at 7. I called back again at 4:15 and was told it just now started to be worked on and it would be another hour at least. All said it done it was 9 hours WITH an 8am appointment time. I talked to the techs that worked on the car and they said they were not even TOLD about the car until an hour before they started to work on it.
I will never go back to this business. What a waste of time. The only saving grace was the nice lady receptionist who helped me at the end when I picked up the car.

Over several years I have had brakes, tires and oil changes done here. After one of the last oil changes, my SUV was leaking oil from the oil pan. This was a mess, and required a follow up visit to Mr Tire. Recently I had the same car in and mentioned to the (current) manager, Darren to please personally ensure the job was done correctly, for a brake job and particularly the oil change. Almost unbelievably, the car again leaked oil after being “serviced”. I returned the next day, a Tuesday, to Mr Tire and was told no one was working that day who could look at the car. And Darren was off. I took the car elsewhere and they fixed it. This bill Darren later said he would reimburse me for, but after several follow-up stops to Mr Tire it hasn’t been. I won’t use this shop again.

Originally called The east st location for a Md State inspection. Was told to drop car off next day at 11am I did. Got a call at 530pm saying my car was unsafe to drive because of a coolant leak and they need more time to find the leak. Mind you I already knew about the leak.
Next day comes i get a call from The store Manager stating I need a gasket for my exhaust connection to the muffler. I called Dodge the maker of my vehicle and there was never a gasket there from the factory.
When called out on their shady upselling unchanging tactics. The store manager became very standoffish and rude. Upon going down the street to another mechanic who just cleaned the Connections and put some sealant. 75 bucks not 400 what Mr Tire Quoted. I came back for my reinspection. Upon arrival I was told it would be another 60 bucks to reinspect same day nay I add. Because they had to put my vehicle on the lift to inspect. Bulletproof. The mechanic who did the repair didn't even need to jack the car up. I paid the 60 for them to literally put it on the lift and lower it back down.. Shady business and people stay far far away...

I've been going to this location for years. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They keep busy but the place never seems hectic or overwhelmed like some your stores.
