Yasshree "Sweety" Patel has been a godsend for me and my small business. I've spent the past few years trying to lease a commercial property and Sweety has been with me through all the... surprises of dealing with commercial landlords. She's rolled with the punches, made applying (and re-applying) for loans quick and painless, gotten me set up with a line of credit and a cheaper payment processing solution, and been my cheerleader on days I questioned if all the stress of this business expansion was worth it. If she hasn't gotten a raise this year, she'd better!

First of all, I am mostly an ATM user and rarely go in the bank; but I've had to get help from the staff there before. Recently I had to get help with cancelling a check that was never received (Post Office issue) and also had to get some documents notarized. The person who I called to check to see if they had a notary was very polite and professional. The service I received in the bank was also quick, polite, and professional.I can recommend using their service.

I have been going to this location for over 5 years now and have never had an issue with customer service! They have been quick, friendly and professional! Frankly I dont understand the terrible reviews because everyone has always been so sweet to me and my little ones (when we used to be able to go in placees).I will continue to use this branch!

The ATM machine outside is always “Temporarily out of order.” And no ATM inside. I had to use a non M&T ATM which charges a surcharge just to get cash in that area! This location is awful.

Unprofessional stuff!! I asked a simple question banker couldn't answer me, so he said let me ask the manager, i was waiting 20 min standing and i hear them they're laughing and talking! Their conversation was not related to my question !!! I walked to the manager room and i said you forgot to answer my question or what ? The manager said we're looking to your account and seeing why you have this charge she simply answered me in less than a minute!!! And didn't even said sorry for your waiting !!

I was previously confused at why this branch had only two stars. They've always been helpful. But recently I had a very simple issue that needed to be fixed and tryed to do it over the phone. I was told that it couldn't be done over the phone but that it had to be done today. The teller said the manager could do it, but the manager wasn't in that day. I'm at work all day and can't take time to visit the bank. So I guess this issue is unresolved. Just shame a customer service business doesn't have better customer service.

Wish you could give all of them no stars. Horrible customer service. I asked for them to NOT CHARGE me if funds couldn't cover something. I wasnt working which you figure if any employee had any common sense there they would notice i wasnt getting paid every friday like i was before. They let two companys charge me 3 seperate occasions and hit me with over draft which has put me negative 240 dollars. Asked if i could do a payment plan through my new job and they apparently cannot do anything for anyone until it goes through collections. Ive had multiple incidents where they are so sorry they cannot help you with ANYTHING. I guess all the employees are either too lazy or are just complete a**holes. I havent had any good experiences talking to any one who works for any m&t im definitely closing y account tomorrow and going to first united. I think i may have lost a few or more brain cells talking to some of these people. Do not bank here unless you like a bank who doesnt want to even try to work with their customers. I feel they are nothing but a scam. I think my dog could do a better job working there. Id give them 5 stars if it was a option on how great they are at losing business... This branch sucks the one in mt. Airy really sucks all of em do to be honest.

Always a hassle to cash a check here from my own account written in my name! Attitudes and customer courtesy are among the worst I have ever seen. After many years as an M&T customer, I am thinking of changing banks...
