The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond with everything helping my daughter getting set up with her first Trumpet. Want to throw out extra Kudos to Darrell as he made my Daughter who was very nervous feel very comfortable with everything.

The customer service and billing department are nonexistent. They will keep over billing their customers and not correct their own error. No one answers the customer service phone line to try to correct the error. I will now contact the school board that uses this company for the student band instruments to vote not to hire this company in the future.

What an irritating company! I was looking for a violin teacher in my area, and they have a form you can fill out to be contacted later. A day later, I started getting their newsletter. I didn't sign up for that! I tried to unsubscribe, only I couldn't: the unsubscribe link takes you to a page that says you need to email their customer service department and ask to be unsubscribed. What year is this, 2003? I emailed, waited, and a week and several newsletters later, I was still getting them. Frustrated, I registered a full account with their web site using the same email. And guess what? The contact section of the profile doesn't let you unsubscribe from getting email either! You need to call in! I called, waited on hold for five minutes, then gave up. I've blocked their emails instead.This company clearly could care less about their customers or their brand, because I now will go out of my way to never purchase anything from them again. An absolutely ridiculous lack of care for customer information.

Note that though the teachers are great, this business will take your money and run with it even if you cancel classes or the teacher is unable to show. The store at worman mills will tell you they don’t issue refunds or for any billing to call HEADQUARTERS. Well I did I called, headquarters will tell you they only deal with rentals and rental billing. So the ball will go back and forth. I have reported them to bbb and my CC company has advised to keep disputing payments as I do have proof of their malpractice.

The selection is okay, but the checkout, rental, inventory and scheduling systems are ancient. This ensures that no matter how many people are working, it'll be at least 15 minutes to get out. But that doesn't come up, because there's never more than 2 teenagers working the counter, running to the stockroom, waiting for the printers, and putting people on hold for hours.A modest proposal: invest in your systems, and hire more people.

Horrible company. Used it twice and never again. Been waiting for a music book for 3 weeks and just found out it was back ordered when I called. No supervisors to speak with, obviously outsourced customer service out of the country.

Refused to honor a valid gift certificate. Put on Hold for long time. Wouldn't even give a 10 dollar credit , What a joke!
