What an irritating company! I was looking for a violin teacher in my area, and they have a form you can fill out to be contacted later. A day later, I started getting their newsletter. I didn't sign up for that! I tried to unsubscribe, only I couldn't: the unsubscribe link takes you to a page that says you need to email their customer service department and ask to be unsubscribed. What year is this, 2003? I emailed, waited, and a week and several newsletters later, I was still getting them. Frustrated, I registered a full account with their web site using the same email. And guess what? The contact section of the profile doesn't let you unsubscribe from getting email either! You need to call in! I called, waited on hold for five minutes, then gave up. I've blocked their emails instead.This company clearly could care less about their customers or their brand, because I now will go out of my way to never purchase anything from them again. An absolutely ridiculous lack of care for customer information.

Dont trust them for timely repairs. 10 days later and they still havent provided an estimate for the repair and now telling me it will be another week before we just get the estimate and still can not give me the day. Then we still have to wait for repairs. They said 1-2 weeks total at drop off which is clearly false. It is a minor repair just replacing a screw on instrument. Will use someone else next time.

Great place. Staff is very helpful. The rooms for lessons are spacious and the instructors themselves are very nice.

I must be a rare phenomenon, which is fine. I made a appointment. Arrived early and was told 10 minutes after the class was supposed to be started. “Ben wasn’t arriving until 3:30, when he has another class”I suppose, grill the cashiers to make sure they set appointments up. A simple confirmation isn’t enough. Time is invaluable. This whole experience was a a waste of it

i had a rental trombone my son wanted to change insturments so we went for a snare drum i had a credit for the trombone so the drum should be a minimul charge they applied the credit to a new/used drum they told me it was new but it wasnt and they charged me money i get a recipt for the used drum like i said i was told it was new but not and i was over charged by close to 100 for the insturment i have made trips to stores and several calls to cust service but no response i guess this is how they do things
