Mike is an amazing inspector. He was easy to talk to and very calmly and thoroughly explained any issues he came across. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Mike is worth his weight in gold! His extremely detailed and timely reports following our final new home walk thru will be a valuable resource for the life of the home. His knowledge and experience were reflected during the entire inspection process. Couldn't be more satisfied...he is highly recommended.
