I was not expecting her to do anything about that, but she asked me for details about the chair. She looked into it with the company who manufactured the chair, and arranged for them to send parts to fix the chair, completely free of charge! I brought the chair in and they ordered the replacement parts and repaired it for me. I am so happy to have my chair back!
