During checkout, I noticed that the billed price for an item was higher than the sticker price. I asked the cashier to verify the price, as it did not match what was displayed. She had previously scanned the same item in a different color, so I knew there was a discrepancy.
Instead of checking the issue calmly, she thought I’m tampering with the sticker and even tried to remove it herself. After a couple of attempts, she finally realized the mistake and corrected the price in the system.
Unfortunately, the same issue occurred with another item. When she informed her supervisor that this was the second time she had to correct a price, the supervisor simply told her to fix it again, without offering any apology or explanation. The whole interaction felt accusatory and unprofessional, and it was a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience for us as customers.
I hope this feedback helps improve how pricing issues are handled and how customers are treated in such situations.

**Exceptional Customer Service at Old Navy!**
I recently had an outstanding experience at Old Navy, and I just had to share! From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by friendly, attentive staff who made the shopping experience enjoyable. Two associates, Taylor and Amber, went above and beyond to assist me, and their customer service was truly top-notch.
Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to offer helpful suggestions and ensured I was satisfied with my selections. Amber was equally amazing, assisting with the fitting process and making sure everything was a perfect fit.
Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit to Old Navy one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. It's rare to find staff that are both genuinely helpful and passionate about customer service, but Taylor and Amber exemplify those qualities.
I will definitely be returning to this location thanks to the exceptional service. Highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for friendly, dedicated staff who truly care about their customers!

I was getting clothing for X golf until I needed to run to Old Navy until I need to pick up Lilly and Ava so I went so fast I got a speeding ticket and when I thought my luck was over… Old Navy had my favorite t shirt it was so cute!

It's the holidays, so retail workers are NOTORIOUSLY stressed. But it's not seemingly so at this old navy. The workers were top tier. This is the best Old Navy I've been to- EVER. I swear to goodness the workers read my mom's mind. She needed this sweater and couldn't find it at other stores, and this worker FOUND it without her even describing it. Everyone was so helpful and kind and attentive. This is the kind of attention to detail you'd receive from a Nordstrom or Saks. In precious little Frederick!!! The store was immaculately kept, clean, tidy, and organized! and the clearance was constantly being tidied. I got some great deals and had a WONDERFUL experience. Thank you Old Navy, we'll be back!

Used to have more styles that I liked.
During this visit, I really couldn't find anything that I liked. Other than an $85.00 shirt ? which is wayyyy over priced for Old Navy. I mean SERIOUSLY?? $85.00 for a flannel shirt? Why, when everything else in the store is reasonably priced would you price something so high? It's not Gucci.

Today I went to return items to exchange for another pair of pants. The order became complicated the tag fell off the jeans, I brought the wrong tag, my phone was having a hard time loading the online receipt but Logan did not give up on me. They were very patient and kind. They kept apologizing to me when it was very clearly my doing. I really appreciate how patient they were and helping me with get the pants that I needed.

I honestly love this location, overall the associates are friendly and nice, but there are a couple that go above and beyond. Wish I had their names for everybody to acknowledge them.
