“I love this place. I recently moved to Frederick and was looking for local pet shops, and to my delight this one has a self serve dog wash. It makes bathing my dog way easier and they provide everything you need. In addition, they carry a wide range of healthy treats/chews and dog food. The quality of their products really shows how much they care about your pets’ health. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable about their products, which is a huge bonus.”

“I always drop by here to buy millet and Cocktail food made by Dr. harvey's colossal cockatiel food. There's is a good selection of parrot toys in the wall. They have ferrets, bunnies, other exotic parrots and of course fish (looking for a good home).”
“This is for Petco in general, as Frederick was closed when I arrived. I think the products are great, but the groomers are sort of hit or miss. Petco in Monterey, California (Del Monte) took 4 1/2 hours to groom my dog and when I called to see why it was taking so long (she went on lunch break in the middle), she told me to come and “grab him”. He was 1/2 groomed. At least they didn’t charge me!”

“Magical place. The staff is always friendly (young people with manners-refreshing). The wash bays are always clean and available at your preferred time more often than not. Prices for food and supplies could be cheaper. But I'm ok paying for a better customer experience, which I always get.”
