Had a curbside pickup order. Got there and there were no designated curbside spots. App said to park out front. Got a parking spot right in the front. Confirmed with the app I was there. Twice more I was prompted to remind them that I was there for my pick up. After 30 minutes.of waiting and TEN unanswered phone calls I was forced to leave. It is a 15 minute drive out of my way. They would not answer the phone the entire evening as I continued to call to speak to a manager to ask why they are advertising curbside pickup but don't complete the orders. Never did get anyone to answer the phone......

Okayish. Grooming is bad. They always say matted hair and remove the hair lol. Took my dog to very for ear injury! Idont even know how in earth

The employees in the grooming area are the worst that can exist, I think they are doing the wrong job, especially the manager Kris and Amanda, both of them dismissed me from 5 appointments without giving me a reason.
Don't bother calling customer service and filing a complaint, because they will never help you.
I really missed Tisha, she was always kind and never cancelled an appointment.
but she doesn't work at petco anymore.
If you love your dog, never bring him to this store.
They cancelled me 5 times and I see they put a warning on the app

I couldn't tell if they were remodeling or if the store was in disarray. The service was fine, as was the stock.

We had to ask twice for help, waited forever for someone to show up. Received a lecture about fish when we’ve had them for years, which put us off buying any of them. Then no one bothered to help us at checkout, so we walked out with nothing. Will go to the Hagerstown store next time.

This is for Petco in general, as Frederick was closed when I arrived. I think the products are great, but the groomers are sort of hit or miss. Petco in Monterey, California (Del Monte) took 4 1/2 hours to groom my dog and when I called to see why it was taking so long (she went on lunch break in the middle), she told me to come and “grab him”. He was 1/2 groomed. At least they didn’t charge me!

I ordered a cage online and was able to pick up the cage at the store within the hour. Friendly, quick and efficient service. I was in and out with the cage in 5 minutes. I will definitely consider using their online site more. Perfect sales transaction!

Arrived to find a note on the door informing the general public they were closed early.
At that moment I stood at the door reading the sign, I stepped in a pile of dog excrement. Shut it down.
