We've had positive experiences with their grooming department, but I understand that doesn't apply to everyone.
Staff is always friendly, store is clean with a good layout. Prices on dog food are quite high, even compared to Walmart across the street.

We called for a bath and grooming service by walk in and the lady said it was ok if we come during the next 20 minutes, we ran with our dog and when we got there one lady told us that she had to ask the other woman if the walk in was for a bath and she replied with “hell no” and then she came up to us and told us walk ins weren’t for baths. Even though the sign of the door said walk ins welcome for salon services and it was 45 minutes before 6. They probably didn’t want to end a few minutes late but it was ok if we lost 50 minutes in traffic, while we still made the time frame they told us to.

Absolutely terrible experience. Non accomodationing grooming team inspite calling ahead to notify that I was running behind. Appointment was @ 7:15am and even though I called and was there at 7:30am than groomer did not have the decency to come out to explain but sent the attendant to refuse my appointment. Terrible engagement and customer service. Will never go there for any business again.

Seems to have gone down hill lately! So sad to see that some of the best people seem to be leaving this store like rats off a sinking ship! I’ll be driving to the store in south Frederick to see if it’s better!

Worst experience ever with the rude racist groomer who declined because my dog did not like her but as i was leaving a crazy dog arrived and she was super sweet to dog and owner because of skin color just wow. Persons name is" jackie"

We just moved here and our queen diva going to be 14 soon mysti needed her special food for her kidney disease. She also has other issues but is one tough girl.
The women ( sorry forgot there names) who work at Banfield associated with Petsmart who absolutely outstanding.
Helped with the entire process to get her prescription filled and get her set up for future purchases for her diet.
Thank you for your outstanding service to your new customer and more importantly our furrbaby..correction furrQueen..lol..

Do NOT bring your dog here to be groomed if you’re booked with Jackie. Completely unprofessional, condescending, and clearly does not love what she does. If you care about your pets appearance and happiness, AVOID JACKIE. If her job is making her this miserable in life, I can’t imagine the way she treats animals in her care.

Very disappointed. I came in to get two crickets, was standing by the station for over 10 minutes with employees looking over at me and doing nothing. Nobody came to assist me and not one person asked if I needed help. 8pm they were only focused on closing up shop it seems. I shouldn't have to run around the store finding someone. I left empty handed and even on my way out nobody said a word to me. Cashier greeted me upon entering and that was it.

I went to purchase a parrot mineral block and mango nutraberries. I brought Suga my caique with me. I couldnt find the mineral block ... I thought they sold out until I found an employee and she told me it was on a different wall. So very thankful (◍•ᴗ•◍)?
