I took my dog a few days ago , and he went with Adam . Horrible
It wasn’t the first time, but last time was the first time that they only took 1 hour to do everything. When they usually took like 3 hours.
I don’t know what happened but my dog was acting not normal after all that and I saw that he was bleeding from his balls .
Bad experience .

Looking for hermit crabs for the grands. Staff was super helpful and they had all we needed and coached us on the care.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is my second time going into this store and both times I have been in this store, the staff assigned to help us have been moody or acted like she didn’t want to be there-not helpful at all. Both times that I have been there it has been the same situation, I ended up wasting my time. Honestly don’t bother going to this poor service store. I can only imagine how they are taking care of the animals here….

Booked an appointment to have my golden retriever groomed online. The day before her grooming, the groomer calls and says that he can’t groom her because he has no availability (even though the website let me place the appointment and said there were two appointments available). I could have went elsewhere but my dog gets car sick and they’re the closest place. So they rescheduled me for today. Just now, I get a call 45 minutes before my appointment and they cancel, again. Said the groomer isn’t coming in to work today due to a family thing. I explained that I needed my dog’s haircut before the holiday because I have guests coming over, two of which are not dog people, and say they have allergies so I wanted this done before they got here. Of course they tell me no one‘s available until after the holiday. I’m done with ever trying to book with them again. I’ll save myself the headaches and go a little bit further to the Green K9 in Urbana, where I’ve always had great luck with my appointments and how gorgeous my dog looks when we leave there.

Michelle, the full-time trainer is awesome. I can’t believe I found her. She is AKC Certified and even has trained service dogs. Will keep coming back to this store.

This place does not care about animals. My dog is having serious problems and they are acting like it’s nothing. They gave us medicine that caused my dog to have even more problems than before. They didn’t even really try looking at my dog because she was “snapping at them” .

We love their pet grooming service. The personnel actually listen to what you request, and have proven to be very capable professionals. Kelsey B in particular has always done a great job with our pup. If she left, we'd probably follow her to her new grooming job. 5/5 paws.

PetSmart has always been reliable for us. Being handicapped and unable to walk a store, the curbside pickup is a very helpful service they provide! Staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Took my dogs there for grooming for the first time and won't take them again. My Golden Retriever was half done even though I purchased the complete package. His cut looks horrible and there's no way they used the furminator for the amount of time they were supposed to. The face of my other dog was not trimmed and his nails are still long. For the amount this cost me it's totally ridiculous the way they turned out. I will not take them back for correction because I don't trust the outcome. Very expensive lesson learned. Back to a private groomer for sure who knows what their doing and will put the time and love in with your dogs so you get what you pay for.

I’ve been using Petsmart’s grooming department for years, and I have been very happy with their services. My dog is always happy when I get her.
