Sadly I am leaving PNC Bank. The low staffing, employee turnover, and the phony corporate sincerity is deplorable. I have been with this bank for twenty years. While the branch personnel is making its best effort, corporate is not interested in honest customer service. I'm giving the bank one star because I can not give it a zero.

closing my bank account today because for some reason money keep coming up missing out of my account. I know this might not reach a lot of people, but I'm going to do everything in my power to discourage people to not open up bank accounts at PNC. So after 3 years thank you for stealing from me PNC.

Customer since early 2000's with PNC and no complaints. I very rarely use the branch now as you can do most things in the app or ATM, but when I do the staff have always been friendly.

I didn't have any problems at all nor do I ever, whether it be actively banking inside with a teller, or simply driving through one of the two lanes, maybe three, where you can access either a teller or simply utilize an ATM machine. Starting accounts there has always been convenient and straightforward.Various members of my family has banked with them for as long as they've been open and we have never had a significant problem of any kind. There is an abundance of parking spaces available the building is wheelchair accessible. Furthermore the staff will do their utmost to be accommodating to people with disabilities, in my experience. The parking lot is easily accessible from Route 40/ Patrick Street, as well as from the rear of the building which faces Gavigan furniture, and those of you who remember, before it was Wolfe's furniture it was the old Heckinger's building. Anyway you can drive all the way around PNC Bank. There is a Denny's on one side Arby's on the other however they are all separated by concrete and grass barriers. Making their presence a complete and total non-issue. Enjoy!

The staff at the branches have always been very, very nice. but the bank's policies and politics are really starting to grate on my nerves, and I am considering going elsewhere.

This review is about the BRANCH, not the company: Frederick branch staff is helpful, polite, and always willing to address my concerns. I have never felt as though I was a "second class" citizen at this bank, and I must say, that is quite refreshing. They were even patient with me when I had concerns close to closing time.

I had to have a replacement card made. It was a quick process. I was on and out within 7 minutes. The teller was kind courteous and knowledgeable. I am thrilled with PNC bank.

My favorite thing about this bank is that all the banking we need to do can be done without ever speaking with another passion. All the tools we need are available digitally, with many options, and are easy to use. Highly recommend for other introverts out there.

They need to have crowd control at times, atm machine always down. Poor Covid planning. There should be a time limit at the atm. Closing our account, can’t deal with it anymore.

I'm still trying to get archived checks from several years ago. I'm beginning to believe that they do not have them but are just giving me a run around. Will be contacting regulatory agencies for recourse.
