Their new system that they have in my area has saved me so much pain and heart ache that I have had in the past with other propane companies. It is also nice to have a local office that is open when I have time to go by in person. My other propane company closed their doors and are entirely too hard to get a hold of! “Please make sure you triple check the odometer when a moving truck is returned after hours. For some reason I was overcharged an extra 3000 miles which made my bill around $4000.00. This was clearly an error as there is no way I used that many miles. I only did one round trip to my house in Hagerstown from Frederick. Once I brought this to the attention to the manager she quickly refunded me the extra miles. So I was happy and relieved to see that I was only charged for the correct miles as I only used 69 miles. Overall I was pleased by the truck space, ease of use and we were able to get all my apartment stuff to fit in the truck. Yes I do recommend this location for any future moving needs. Thanks for fixing my issue.”
