PMP has managed my rental property for more than 20 years. Over the years their service has deteriorated. Their fees are high and communication is poor. If you are looking for a management company, I would looks elsewhere. There are better options.

This is who our HOA is through. No issues regarding those services. However, navigating the payment portals could be a bit easier. No concerns though.
