Tried to call about donations. System says press 0 for operator or 4 for the menu options. Tried both. 0 said not an option. 4 said we can't direct your call. The call disconnected. Not sure how anyone gets any help from them or how anyone can help them. And I called during their 10-2 business hours

I WENT INTO THIS PLACE ON DEC.11/12 OF 2023. THE LADY THAT SERVICED ME WAS NAME VANESSA, IN WHICH I WAS LATER TOLD SHE RESIGNED. I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE WEBSITE PROBABLY THREE MONTHS AGO. THE LADY THAT RESPONDED BACK, BROKE MY ELECTRIC BILL DOWN. SHE INFORMED ME THAT THEY WILL PAY 13200 & ALL'S I HAD TO PAY WAS 58.00 TO BRING EVERYTHING CURRENT. WELL, I PAID MY PORTION. NOW MY BILL IS TWO HUNDRED & SOMETHING. I FINALLY GOT THROUGH FROM A NEIGHBORS PHONE. ( NOBODY EVER PICKS UP WHEN I CALL). THE SECRETARY SAID THEY HAVE THE CHECK * WOULD BE MAILING IT OUT THAT EVENING. THAT WAS ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO. BEFORE I WENT INTO THE OFFICE BACK IN DECEMBER, I WAS ALWAYS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. WELL I BELIEVE IT WAS THE DIRECTOR I EMAILED LAST WEEK. SO WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. THIS IS UNHEARD OF. THIS ORGANIZATION IS REFUSING TO ASSIST ME. WHY? I AGAIN WANT TO THANK CATHOLIC CHARTIES FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE.

Since I'm not a person of color I'm just "BLANKO" and no criminal history to date and no real serious medical issues and not mentally unstable it's very hard to get any real beneficial state assistance such as housing real good medical insurance to get proper care by a real physician. I'm not a "NIGRO or ASIAN 'or an illegal I was born in the United States in West Virginia. Where men hold women's hands in public and kiss and become very intimate with each other and have children like my parents and grandparents.. so I and so forth I'm not homophobic what is fine with the freaks here in Frederick Maryland. It's not with me . I have to stay at the local homeless shelter here in Frederick and there's all types of people that should be barred from walking the streets of this county. But the society around this country has folded up and people are animals around here. I hope my life will change within the next 6 months. I really feel like I'm heading into an uncontrollable atmosphere of a horrible outcome. This is the land of no hope.

I am very appreciative of the help I receive from the religious coalition the staff was very supportive, patient and understanding. I would encourage anyone whom find themselves in a bind and needing community support to reach out to them.

If I could give a negative review I would currently pregnant and have one baby they denied me to pay 2 months worth of rent to catch up even though an eviction notice was placed on our door also they made us wait a month another month and we still got denied it not helpful at all

I cannot say enough about the staff. Emily and Vanessa worked miracles to help me. It is a process but everyone I dealt with was respectful and kind. It is such an incredible blessing to know Religious Coalition is there for those in need.
