“Had trimmer blades sharpened and they completed a really good job on them! The staff was very knowledgeable and very courteous! I removed the blades before hand! *Which is an undertaking (Professional grade Stihl hedge trimmers) They were very appreciative that I brought them in like that because they are much easier to sharpen and possible to do a more quick and thorough job! However, the nicest people at Grimm’s made the experience so much easier and even went so far as to call the insurance company for me and did their best to help me through the process of getting my car moved to a collision center. We were a little confused on why the door was locked but it was just because they only had one person and he was cleaning cars. Over all good service!”
