  This review is specifically for the Vice president of the downtown Frederick branch, Mary Berry (hope I spelled that right). I went in yesterday with an online problem I've been dealing with and could not figure out how to fix for awhile. Mary was professional, kind, and completely fixed the problem. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was a big stress reliever when she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thanks again Mary!Adam Sullivan

  We have banked at SS for 36 years - starting out with Damascus as our "home branch" - now we use West Patrick. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. Joe as manager and Martha behind the teller make a great team. I like having a bank where they know your name - this is the place!
