Melanie the Magnificent! She is so intelligent and talented about the Mortgage Loans market, Lender credits, credit scores, the entire home buying process and offers the best advice for homebuyers! I feel that she should add magician to the list because it was pure magic that my home-buying experience happened! I listened to all the advice that Melanie offered to include tips on boosting my credit score and lowering my debt-to-income ratio. Once I did those things, Melanie worked her magic, and I had my preapproval! Thus began my house hunting with my agent! Melanie was very patient to work the numbers as I made offers on house after house to no avail! Just as I was ready to give up looking for a home in this market, Melanie offered the kindest sentiments to me by saying keep at it, do not give up even though it was very frustrating for me. Finally, the stars lined up perfectly and the last time she ran the numbers for me, my offer was accepted! She immediately prepared my loan documents and had her team gather the requirements. The whole process was like a well-oiled machine, it just ran without a hitch! Melanie ensured that everything was organized, timely, correct, and she communicated every step of the way! My closing day was extremely special because I know that I gained a friend in Melanie, and I will be honored to recommend her anytime! If she can magically get me into a home, I am certain she can do the same for others!
