The facility was - as the name says - secure. We always felt safe there, it was easy to get in and out of our unit, and our belongings stayed damage-free for two years while we found a new house. The management was responsive and friendly.

We had an excellent experience with our large storage unit at Security Public Storage in Frederick MD for 13 years (2011-2024). The facility is managed very professionally, is well located, is clean, and is good value for money. A big thanks to Ric and Layla for their outstanding service over the years.

They keep leaving the gates unlocked in certain times. One of the times someone broke into my storage unit and trashed the unit. I move all my stuff out after discovering that they don't secure the unit properly.
