I can't thank the staff that works there enough. Feb 17th on my way home from the hospital i was really weak and couldn't pump my fuel. One of the staff members came outside and pumped my fuel for me. I can't thank them enough. I would have never made it home without them. Thank you 🙏

I usually love coming here or just any Sheetz for a quick bite to eat, but this place always gets its customers and always looks out for their loyal freaks. Fast friendly faces and nice atmosphere. You are always welcomed with a smile.

If I could give no star I would trust me. Went through the drive through to be IGNORED. saw old white lady just ignoring me putting away bags. Doing nothing. Beeped no response. Waited beeped again and still nothing. If you don't like your job don't work here it's nobody's fault but yours. Don't make it the customers problem. Smh this has happened multiple times. Therefore it deserved a review. If it were once I'd understand but this is a on going thing and it's rude!

Order 2/ $1.00 hot dogs. I uses my Sheetz rewards card and wanted 2 of the 2/$1.00 along with 2 cokes for $4.00. When I got my order,there was only 2 hot dogs in the bag. When I said I paid $2.12 for 2 sets of 2. Mgr said I didn't use my reward card, how did I get the two cokes for $4.00. He said nope, so I informed him I wanted my money back. Really bad customer service and yet I did use my card. Crazy! Not going back there again.

Your supervisor tim needs to learn how to keep an attitude in check on a busy shift and not lash out at customers I simply wanted to ask to have one plain wrap out of the 3 pack I was snapped at as I said "hey boss man" he cut me off mid sentence "don't even I've got alot of orders your a lot of orders down" everytime I tried to speak up I was cut off with "lots of orders" until I said I need to speak to someone other then him then I'm told "I'm the supervisor you'll talk to me" I said no I won't anyone else that's friendly is fine his responce "I'm the supervisor I'm friendly you'll speak to me" then here comes jakie another employee on shift he tells her "don't help him" and they both stare blankly at me until I speak up and she asks "what do you want" I tell her simply to have one wrap plane till he got ignorant she called me a Karen and said I should call him names cause his position I asked what name and was told ignorant was insulting to call someone I ask for his managers name corporate number and I was approached by another employee saying tim said he wasn't under obligation to give me district managers name or way to contact corporate

This sheets was just fine. A little rough around the edges but the store is clean and the bathrooms were clean. I saw the manager interacting with the employees making sure they are doing their job and staying happy.

Worst sub EVER! Asked for lite mayo and lite oil & vinegar. As you can see from the picture it drenched in all three. There were no customers in the store yet they couldn’t find time to cut the wrap in half. Been a loyal Sheetz rewards customer for a long time but this makes me want to rethink.

For some unknown reason most sheetz in Frederick Md. Have jacked thier gas price to 3.50 gn. Highest in Frederick! ???
