I love sheets for quick bites to eat and gas. I love their breakfast sandwiches and their other food is good as well, but the breakfast sandwich is by far, my favorite. They also have everything else you would find at a gas station convenience store.

Hello, everyone! Huge shoutout to Supervisor Dan for going above and beyond with outstanding customer service! Honestly, the woman who made my food was so happy to make it, let’s not forget Luca at the MTO hot foods counter, she was absolutely amazing!

Wednesday The 12th of December, 2024 at 7pm. Workers laughing and joking whilst the restrooms are absolutely disgusting. This store needs new management immediately! I will not be going here again. What is the manager paid for?
I am 85 years old. I really needed the restroom to have tissue.

Went there to grab a bite to eat last night 12/8/2024 at 12:13:06AM. When my order was ready, I went up to the counter and grabbed a couple napkins. The girl (employee) handing me my food said "I already put a couple (2) napkins in your bag". I said "ok, I just grabbed like 2 more". The girl (employee) said (very disrespectfuly and loudly!) "I'm just going to take the napkin depenser away from here (the counter). I told her "do what you have to do". I've never been treated disrespectfuly like that before in any Sheetz that I've been to! There's no reason for her to take attitude towards me! I'm a 63 year old woman, a customer who frequently stops there for gas, etc..and was enjoying my evening until stopping here for a bite to eat and taking a couple extra napkins for myself!

On one of my many trips home I decided to take a different approach to get there. When I do this, I somehow always end up stumbling upon nice little pockets of businesses along the way. That's what happened this time around. If it wasn't for taking an alternative route, I probably wouldn't have even known this location existed. When I reach Frederick I know I'm anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour away. Which is usually about when I need to stretch the legs and get myself to a restroom. Thankfully the familiar red awning showed ahead of me and I knew I would be able to make a quick stop here. Pulled in, found a spot to park, and headed inside. Used the facilities, decently clean, and then browsed the store. I ended up getting my sweet tea and a pack of smokes before returning outside. To me, this location feels tucked away and mostly serves those in the community more so than the travelers on the highway. Which isn't a bad thing.

Outstanding customer service! Staff made my sandwich order incorrectly (forgot all toppings). When I called to request the toppings the manager said he would have the correct order ready for pick up.

Over the course of 5 pretzels and two breakfast sandwiches. The food is never heated up fully so I get a cold meal. I think they need to fix the oven.
